Delivery & Charges

• One working day is required for processing and delivery only for purchase made before 4pm (Monday-Friday).


• Urgent delivery is subjected to delivery service availability.


• Any changes in delivery date and time would require minimum 24 hours of advance notification or surcharges may be apply.


• Storage charges to be levied If wines are not collected in 30days upon purchase.


• Mode of payment is by Cash/ Cheque or Credit Cards only.


• Free delivery for minimum purchase of $500 and above otherwise a $25 delivery charge applies.


• Prices are in Singapore Dollar & Inclusive of 7% GST.


• Goods sold are not exchangeable nor returnable.


• Subject to availability prior sale and base on first come first served offer.


• Delivery Time: Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 5pm, except public holidays

ON-TRADE SALES

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rate.


• Auric Pacific Fine Wines reserves the right to decline any placement of orders and cancel unpaid orders any time after payment due date.


• All purchase orders require complete credit information and written confirmation on quotation before they can be processed.


• Any contract made herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and parties hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

Self Collection

• Self collection of wines is available on: Mon - Fri, 10am-12pm, 1pm-4pm.

Return & Refunds

• Wines sold are non-returnable in our sole and absolute discretion and no refund will be extended after confirmation of sales.
